Share and review Axure RP prototypes
When you publish an Axure RP prototype, it is uploaded to Axure Cloud where you can share it with stakeholders, collect feedback, and track changes over time.
Key capabilities for prototypes include:
- Prototype hosting - Publish prototypes to Axure Cloud, organized into shared workspaces.
- On-screen commenting - Stakeholders can leave feedback directly on the prototype, keeping discussions tied to specific parts of the design.
- Developer handoff - Inspect panels with automated redlines, CSS values, and image exports make it easy for developers to implement designs without extra back-and-forth.
Collaborate on whiteboards
Whiteboards are built into Axure Cloud and give your team a real-time collaborative space to think through problems, map flows, and write specs, no Axure RP license required.
A whiteboard has two complementary views that work side by side:
- Canvas - A free-form visual space for stickies, diagrams, user journey maps, flow diagrams, sketches, screenshots, and pixel-perfect UI mockups. Use the Canvas when you need to visualize a process, explore ideas spatially, or annotate a design.
- Document - A structured editor for written content such as product requirements, feature specs, meeting agendas, and decision logs. The Document supports tables, callouts, embeds, and other rich formatting to keep specifications organized and readable.
Manage files and track status
You can assign items to team members and set statuses to reflect where items stand in the workflow, making it easier to coordinate across projects without leaving the platform.
