Publishing help
A license or trial for Axure RP is required to publish prototypes and use team projects on Axure Cloud.
Axure RP subscriptions (9, 10, and 11)
If you have an Axure RP subscription, please assign it to your Axure account email address in the Axure License Portal to use Axure RP and publish to Axure Cloud.
Axure RP 9 license keys
If you are using Axure RP 9 and purchased a license key, please update to version 9.0.0.3746+, and you should be able to publish and use team projects on Axure Cloud.
If you are unable to publish from Axure RP 9.0.0.3746+ and believe you have a valid key, please contact support@axure.com with your license key and proof of purchase if possible. You can find your license key in Help > Manage License in Axure RP.
New subscriptions for Axure RP can be purchased at axure.com/buy. Axure RP is also available through resellers including SHI, QBS, and Insight. If you are in China, you can also purchase through UserXper.
Axure RP 8 license keys
Axure RP 8 is no longer officially supported. Please upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible to ensure your work is not interrupted. However, if you have an Axure RP 8 license key, you can still publish to Cloud directly from Axure RP 8. To publish from the browser, you will need to assign your license key to your Axure account email address in the Axure License Portal.
Edu licenses or subscriptions
If you have an academic license key or subscription, you should be able to publish to Axure Cloud with your existing license. If you are a student and sharing a classroom license, but do not have your own student license, please apply for a student license to publish to your Axure Cloud account.
Multiple accounts
If you have multiple Axure Cloud accounts, we recommend that you move your workspaces and files into one account. You can keep the workspaces and users from each account separate using organizations. To do that, add another organization to your main account and move your files and workspaces from your secondary account to that organization.
